Vanderbilt/Bewator's pass and reservation system requires each tenant to have a tag to access the laundry room. This tag is provided by the property owner. By combining these two systems, we can monitor laundry room use. The system collects all data and sends usage information once a month to the billing system.
Tenants are automatically billed for laundry room use. The system supports different tariffs for different laundries. There is also a lower fee if a tenant booked the laundry room but did not use it. This billing system benefits both the environment and laundry room efficiency.
